FAQ

1. Why do you need to register? What is the difference between registered member and non-registered member?
   Do you want to advertise anything in ZiwaZoe? If YES, then you definitely need to be a member of ZiwaZoe to post an advertisement. As being a non-registered member, you can only do searching.



2. How to register to become a member of ZiwaZoe?
   1. Please follow either way to register:
      1. Click “Register” link on main menu bar.
      2. After that, click “Sign Up” link on sub-menu bar.
      Alternatively,
      1. Click “Login” link on main menu bar.
      2. Click “Sign Up” button.
   2. Then you will see, Sign Up screen. Please enter necessary information, verify your entered information and then submit the form.
   3. Verification email will be sent to your registered email upon completion of submission. Please follow the steps mentioned in verification email to activate your member account.
   4. After activation, you can login to ZiwaZoe with your account and start posting your advertisements.



3. Where can you change your member information?
   Please follow the below steps to change your account information.
   1. Please log in to ZiwaZoe with your email and password.
   2. Click “Register” link on main menu bar.
   3. After that, click “Edit Profile” link on sub-menu bar.
   4. At Edit form page, you can modify your account information such as name, contact number, password, etc.
   5. After that, click “Next” and then click “Submit” to update the changes.



4. How to do if you forget your password?
   Please follow the below steps to retrieve the password.
   1. Click “Login” link on main menu bar.
   2. At the bottom of Login form, you will see “Forget your password? Click here”
   3. Click on “here” link.
   4. Please enter required information and submit the form.
   5. Your account information will be sent to your email again.



5. How to advertise your property?
   This feature is available for registered members only. If you are not member yet, please signup first as mentioned in Question (2).
   If you are already a member, please login to ZiwaZoe and follow the below steps:
   1. Click on “Register” link on main menu bar.
   2. There will be two links available in sub-menu, HDB / Condo Adv and Property Adv.
   3. If you want to rent or sell HDB / Condo room or flat, then click on “HDB / Condo Adv” link.
   4. If you want to rent or sell other properties like camera, laptop, desktop, books, electronic, so and so, then click on “Property Adv” link.
   5. Please enter required information and submit the form.



6. How to search advertisements?
   Please follow either way to search:
   1. Click “Home” link on main menu bar.
   2. 3 listings namely “Units for Rent”, “Units for Sale” and “Properties” will be displayed.
   3. On top of each list, there is an “Advance Search” button. Click on this button will go to searching page.
   4. You may enter some search criteria to narrow down your search results.
   Alternatively,
   1. Click “Search” link on main menu bar.
   2. There will be two links available in sub-menu, “Unit Search” and “Property Search”.
   3. Click on “Unit Search” if you want to search HDB / Condo room or flat.
   4. Click on “Property Search” if you want to search for other properties like camera, laptop, desktop, books, electronic, so and so.
   5. Clicking on either of the above two links will go to its searching page.
   6. You may enter some search criteria to narrow down your search results.



7. How to view the details of an advertisement?
   Please follow the below steps to view the details of an advertisement.
   1. Click “Home” link on main menu bar. 3 listings namely “Units for Rent”, “Units for Sale” and “Properties” will be displayed.
   2. Or you can also search desired advertisements as mentioned in Question (6).
   3. After that, click on any link under “Unit Information” column of the list for “Units” or click any link under “Item” column for “Properties”.
   4. Details information of the advertisement page will be displayed.



8. Can you change your posted advertisements information?
   Please follow the below steps to modify your advertisement.
   1. Login to ZiwaZoe by clicking “Login” link on main menu bar.
   2. Search your posted advertisement as mentioned in Question (6).
   3. Click on the link under “Unit Information” column of the result list for “Units” or click any link under “Item” column of the result list for “Properties”.
   4. Details information of the advertisement page will be displayed.
   5. If you are owner of this viewed advertisement, “Edit” button will be displayed at the bottom of details page.
   6. Click on “Edit” button, do necessary modification, and then submit the changes.



9. Where do you see your viewed advertisements list?
   Every time you view the details of the advertisement, this will be marked as Viewed by you. All items you viewed will be listed down under “Viewed Unit” section of the following pages, “Home”, “Search” and “Details” pages.
   You are also allowed to remove an item from your “Viewed Unit” List by simply clicking on “Remove” link beside an item in the list.



10. How to print out your favorite viewed list?
    You can print your viewed unit(s) information as follows:
    1. Go to “Home” page.
    2. Or go to details page of the advertisement (see Question (7) how to view the details).
    3. There is a link “Print Viewed Units” under “Viewed Unit” section of a page (see Question (9)). You can click on that link which will bring you to print preview page. At the same time, “Print Dialog” will auto pop-up and you can print that page if you want.



11. How to give feedback for the services of ZiwaZoe?
    All feedbacks, suggestions, and questions about the services of ZiwaZoe are welcomed. You can send your valuable feedback to us as follows:
    1. Click “Contact Us” link on main menu bar.
    2. Enter required information and then click on “Send” button.
    Admin of ZiwaZoe will assure to read carefully and follow up with necessary action to all of your feedbacks.



12. How to recommend your friends to use the services of ZiwaZoe?
    To let all of your friends know about the services of ZiwaZoe, you can simply click on “Tell your friends” link at the bottom-right corner of the website. You only need to enter the emails of your friends separated by comma ( , ). eg: xxxx@gmail.com,xxxx@yahoo.com,xxxx@hotmail.com.
    ZiwaZoe will send the invitation letter to your friends automatically!
